Perfect idea info respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") of 1998, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at www.copyright.gov, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Perfect idea info service.

Our Role

Perfect idea info does not host any game files on our own servers. All games displayed on our site are embedded from licensed third-party providers, including but not limited to GameDistribution, GameMonetize, and other industry-standard distribution networks.

We display thumbnails, titles, and descriptions provided by these distribution platforms as part of their standard licensing agreements. If you believe your copyrighted work is displayed on Perfect idea info in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please follow the DMCA notification procedure below.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that material available on Perfect idea info infringes your copyright, you (or your authorized agent) may send us a DMCA notice. Your notice must include all of the following:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (title, URL, and any registration info).
2. Identification of the allegedly infringing material on our site — including the full URL(s) where it appears.
3. Your contact information — full name, address, telephone number, and email.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Response to Valid Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material within a reasonable time (typically 24-72 hours).
• Forward the notice to the affected party if appropriate.
• Notify the original uploader/provider so they may file a counter-notice if they wish.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

1. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
3. Your full name, address, and phone number.
4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or the appropriate court if outside the U.S.).
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Perfect idea info has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users or content providers who are deemed to be repeat infringers.

False Claims Warning

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Please ensure your claim is valid and in good faith before filing.
